Margherita Rui is a designer and creative director whose practice moves between objects, spaces, and visual identities, exploring the relationship between materials, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture. With a background at Politecnico di Milano and Fabrica, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to product design, installations, and creative direction. As co-founder of dogtrot studio, she collaborates with brands and institutions to develop projects that connect design, storytelling, and cultural identity. Her work combines material experimentation with a sensitivity to colour, context, and everyday rituals, giving shape to objects and experiences that balance functionality, expression, and a distinctive visual language.
