Design, Food and Rituals

ATLANTE Design welcomes Eleit.it in its portfolio

We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Eleit.it, the Italian design brand founded by Titti Gallucci that explores the relationship between food, ritual and contemporary craftsmanship through a growing collection of collectible objects inspired by the universal gestures of offering, sharing and gathering.

The collaboration between ATLANTE Design and Eleit.it is primarily focused on strengthening the commercial development of the brand’s existing collections, expanding their presence within premium retail, hospitality and design-driven environments.

Rather than starting from an object, every Eleit.it project begins with a conversation and transforms into a ritual.

Entirely made in Italy, Eleit.it‘s projects emerge from a multidisciplinary dialogue between designers, artisans, chefs and food experts, creating a unique language where design becomes a medium for rediscovering the symbolic and emotional dimension of conviviality.

The ritual of Tasting – Famiglia Oliva

Developed by designer Astrid Luglio together with Mariella Caputo—sommelier, master oil maker and maître of Taverna del Capitano—and handcrafted by the artisans of Rua Catalana, Famiglia Oliva celebrates olive oil as one of the most iconic expressions of Mediterranean culture and hospitality.

More than a serving object, it invites a renewed appreciation of olive oil as a shared ritual, opening opportunities for collaborations with producers, chefs and hospitality experiences where storytelling and tasting become inseparable.

The ritual of Serving – Pyxis

Created by architect and designer Raffaella Del Giudice in collaboration with Tenuta Vannulo, Pyxis draws inspiration from the tradition of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and the ceramic heritage of Capodimonte, transforming sharing into a contemporary ritual.

Its versatile and sculptural nature extends naturally beyond mozzarella, becoming a lidded serving dish for food presentation, hospitality concepts and collaborations that celebrate generosity, conviviality and the culture of the table.

The ritual of Serving – Midnight, Linea Riti, Enzo Vincenzo

Midnight, Linea Riti and Enzo Vincenzo explore the ritual of gathering through the timeless act of serving food at the table. Midnight was born from the dialogue between chef Maura Ardu and designer Emanuela Sala, celebrating the conviviality of a shared pasta dish. Linea Riti, developed by 400GON and Lino Scarallo from Michelin starred restaurant Palazzo Petrucci reinterprets the gestures of serving through a collection of versatile ceramic forms designed for contemporary hospitality. Enzo Vincenzo, created by Martina Liverani and Federica Zama – M’ama, is a hybrid object with a dual soul, born from the encounter between function and narration, between the conviviality of the table and the intimacy of the writing desk.

Together, the three projects offer complementary interpretations of collective dining, lending themselves naturally to chef collaborations, hospitality projects and immersive experiences built around the social dimension of food.

Available in different configurations, with custom sizes and compositions upon request.

The ritual of Fermenting – Atanor

Born from the collaboration between designer Sara Bologna, baker and former chemist Aurora Zancanaro of LePolveri, and glass artisans Soffieria Remark, Atanor explores the ancient practice of fermentation through the care and preservation of sourdough.

Conceived as an act of contemporary alchemy, it celebrates patience, transformation and living cultures, while opening a dialogue with artisan bakeries, fermentation research, educational initiatives and culinary experiences centred on time and craftsmanship. It could be used for both warming or cooling precious foods like caviar and oysters or be used to dress the table as a centerpiece.

The ritual of Celebrating – Carosello

Created through the collaboration between Alba Pezone, founder of Parole in Cucina in Paris, and designer and ceramic artisan Arianna De Luca, Carosello reimagines the world of gelato through movement, playfulness and shared moments.

Designed to transform dessert into an experience rather than a simple course, it creates opportunities for collaborations with pastry chefs, gelato makers, luxury hospitality and cultural events where interaction and memory become part of the ritual itself.

Beyond the Object: Design as a Collaborative Platform

One of Eleit.it‘s most distinctive qualities lies in its collaborative approach to design. Rather than being the outcome of an isolated creative process, each project emerges from a dialogue between designers, artisans, chefs, producers and food experts, where every participant contributes technical knowledge, lived experience and cultural perspective.

In this process, design does not simply interpret food: it grows from conversations with the people who cultivate it, prepare it and preserve its traditions. The resulting objects are therefore more than functional artefacts—they become the tangible expression of a shared process that connects craftsmanship, gastronomy and contemporary culture while preserving and reinterpreting everyday rituals.

For ATLANTE Design this vision represents the beginning of a broader journey that extends beyond business development.  ATLANTE Design will progressively support the activation of strategic partnerships with food producers, chefs, restaurants, hotels and cultural institutions, creating new contexts in which the collections can be experienced, interpreted and communicated.

Ultimately, the value of Eleit.it lies not only in the objects themselves, but in the network of relationships, expertise and stories that make them possible—a model in which collaboration is not simply a means to an end, but the very essence of the design process. Because some objects do more than serve food: they create rituals, conversations and memories.

All collections are available for immediate specification and international project development.
